Heather Locklear is finally out of the treatment facility she entered back in June for anxiety and depression issues. Locklear had entered treatment amid a suspicious phone call made to police stating that the actress was a danger to herself. Friends tell People magazine that she seems to be rapidly improving. "She told a really funny story and she laughed from her core," says a Locklear friend. "That's when I knew she was going to be fine. I think that's the best part of all – it's so nice to hear her laugh."
