"I think I am very prepared because I couldn't rehearse any more. I am happy that I have done everthing I can and that I have given it all that I can." This is what Cristian De La Fuente tells La Cuarta, a Chilean newspaper, about tonight's Dancing With the Stars final. The Chilean national's comrades have supported the dancer, using the internet to cast their votes in millions and sending local journalists to cover the event. Some feedback has been good, other has been negative.

Have you felt a Chilean support?
Of course, I have never had such preoccupation [with me] and that has me very emotional. It's nice to know that your country supports you.
You are supported by the "Marea Roja" [country]
Yes, and that's great because my voting in the states has increased due to all the Chileans who have voted for me on the internet.
Do you feel that you are representing us?
Being a representative of Chile is something very big and I don't like putting that title on myself. I think I am just a Chilean who is trying to do the best possible and that if I win I can open up doors for other Latinos.
How did you receive the "gringo" chides that your injury was fake?
Well they weren't commentary, it was something in a gossip site where the only reason they gave was that my bandage appeared in my right arm, in the conditions that the image had obviously been turned around. Afterwards, the same people of that blog cleared it up. It's just that we're talking about two or three people who wrote on a blog, versus 25 million who watch the show. I prefer to occupy my time with those people [that public] and not the people who want to criticize me without having a valid point.
Who is your principal rival for the final?
Since the first episode it has been my two left feet, hahaha.
I hope you win
Yes, I hope so. It would be very nice to bring the trophy to Chile.
