And you thought you were having a bad year? After being accused by a former nanny of sexual harassment, Rob Lowe and his wife have been accused by a second nanny of the same charge. This new accuser, Laura Boyce, is focusing her accusations on Sheryl Lowe, Rob's wife, saying she fostered an "extremely sexually offensive and hostile work environment ... behaving in a ... perverted, disgusting and crude manner," by walking around naked, discussing her sex life with Rob Lowe and used the "N word" to refer to Boyce's boyfriend. Heidi Montag was on the offensive during her appearance last night on the David Letterman Show. She spoke out about the accusation that she was somehow involved in the sex tape that purportedly exists between LC and Jason Wahler:

"I tried to help her get it back for, like, a year," Montag said on the Late Show With David Letterman Wednesday. "I was like, 'You gotta get it back, you gotta do something about this.'"

When Conrad's ex Jason Wahler threatened to release it, Montag claimed, "she was like, 'I don't know what to do...' I was like, 'Well, let's get it back.'

"Next thing I know," Montag continued, "it's blamed on me. All of a sudden, I made up the sex tape... I didn't film it, I didn't do it, I'm not trying to sell it. How did it come down on me?"

Asked when the tape would come out, she told Letterman, "I don't know. I'm wondering that myself."

Hey, all you Office drunks! Did I stutter? I mean, hey all of you drunk on The Office. I am the only drunk in the office. It is like being drunk with laughter, the Office fans say. I have been getting the wildest fan mail lately. I have recently received an artist rendering of a Big Gulp in my honor. I have been sent airplane bottles of liquor. I have gotten flasks in the mail. I have gotten strange photos of me doing the limbo on the "Booze Cruise" episode. (How low can ya go?) This tops all! Some soon-to-be-married fans actually invited Meredith to their wedding in Ohio. I was incredibly flattered and surprised. (Who would risk that bar bill?) I politely declined on the RSVP card but I will be with them in spirits. Oops. I mean in spirit. (Last year, as I was walking thru the lobby of the Four Seasons in Philadelphia, I was pulled into some wedding photos of the bridal party. I know they didn't plan that.)

Growing up, my favorite TV personality was Alex P. Keaton of Family Ties. He was confident, influential and successful. And crazy! He was also obsessed with money, cars and political antics. Looking back, he may have had a slight case of ADD with a sprinkling of OCD and maybe leaning towards narcissistic personality disorder. You can catch Michael J. Fox as Alex P. Latina Magazine is reporting that Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon may already be married, having gone through a quickie ceremony yesterday. Carey is 38, while Cannon is 27 (and has two disastrous relationships in his past). Way to take our advice, Mariah Carey.

A source close to Nick Cannon has confirmed exclusively to Latina.com that Cannon and Mariah Carey are married! The couple wed yesterday in a small ceremony on an island and it was "very implusive," according to our source. The wedding was attended by a few close friends of the couple, including Da Brat.

Details forthcoming, but we'd like to be the first to say congrats to the happy couple!

Today I set off on my newest project; to grow and maintain an authentic '80s style feathered haircut. It's something I've wanted to do for some time and I'm very excited to bring this amazing look into today's pop culture landscape. The feathered cut projects an attitude of ease and quiet confidence that seems to have all but eluded our generation.

This is a work in progress, and as my hair grows longer it will serve to become a more stirring and poignant statement. Below are some photographs I used as inspiration. I look forward to reporting on my progress in upcoming blogs.

Rolling Stone has backstage footage of the ladies of The Hills on the set of their latest cover shoot for the magazine. It was probably a particularly grueling experience for Heidi Montag because, in addition to not having eaten for a month beforehand, we suspect it was uncomfortable to pose near the girl you continuously talk crap about, and one who you seem to insist has sex tape. Heidi tells Rolling Stone:

It's been a little bit of a whirlwind. I don't think the four of us have been in a room together for two years or longer. It was a little uncomfortable because obviously Lauren was there, so it was weird. We didn't say one word to each other. I tried to say "Oh, I like your pants" and she ignored me. I was like okay cool whatever.

On the heels of the Miley Cyrus Vanity Fair photo controversy, the singer's latest scheduled appearance has been nixed. She was scheduled to talk to press at the red carpet of the Disney Channel Games this week in Orlando, Florida, an event most of her castmates from Hannah Montana are participating in. It would have marked the first time she was in the public eye since the photo scandal. Hmm, this is either the work of a very angry Disney or a very angry dad! (and we don't know what's worse!) Tracey Ullman's State of the Union holds a (funny!) mirror up to American society and pokes fun at certain influential individuals we all know and love. One of these influentials is the venerable Arianna Huffington, founder of The Huffington Post, whom Tracey Ullman impersonates in one of her an insanely funny skits. But how does Arianna feel about this? Fancast talked to her at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books last weekend at UCLA and asked her how she feels about the skit:

"I love it. Have you seen all the shows? She's like Larry Sanders. I think she's great! She came over, we had coffee. I think she's a genius."

Gary Dourdan was busted for possession of cocaine, heroin, Ecstasy and prescription drugs in Palm Springs this week and his fans were shocked. His CSI castmates? Not so much. They saw the trouble coming and went so far as to talk about an intervention--one that obviously did not take place. ''We have been worried about Gary for some time,'' an unnamed member of the production team told the Chicago Sun Times, ''It's just a shame that he wasn't able to get the help he needs before this happened.'' The pop world was dancing on its head this week, after reports that Mariah Carey, 39, and Nick Cannon, 27, had secretly wed. The news has just been confirmed by E!. Us Magazine reports:

Family member Linda Cannon told E! that Nick called her with the good news.

"Yes, we know. He called us and told us all about it," she said. "We are happy for him. If that is what he wants, then we are happy for him."

She added, "I'm not going to give you any details, but we are happy for him."

Barbara Walters is using promotional duties for her new book, Audition, to report that she had an affair with U.S. Senator Edward Brooke, the first African American to be elected to the post. The Senator took office in 1967 and the affair ended in 1978. She will talk about the issue on Tuesday's edition of The Oprah Winfrey Show, where Barbara said to Winfrey, "I was certainly — I don't know — I was certainly infatuated...He was exciting. He was brilliant. It was exciting times in Washington." In the episode, the popular anchor also reportedly cries. I recently participated in a MySpace Artist on Artist interview with my friend (seriously!) John Cusack. John has a new film coming out called War, Inc. that you should all check out. It's brave and funny and affecting and gonzo and most of all, straight-up Cusackian. (You know what I mean, right? It's pretty cool when an artist's body of work is so distinct that they warrant the adjective treatment.)

Miley Cyrus must be exhausted after her Vanity Fair photo scandal and for good reason. The public and media scrutiny has been so intense, we thought she would lay low for a while--or at least until her dad let her back out in the streets...which we think in his mind may be when she's 30!

However, Miley shocked the public this weekend when she went on her first public outing: the Disney Channel Games concert, where she played several of her songs. However this now PR-savvy pop star refused to say anything about the photo controversy. [Yahoo!]

We've always been big fans of Nikki Cox, ever since her days as the young sarcastic daughter on Unhappily Ever After (She was like Kelly Bundy on Married With Children, except, you know, with a brain). But what's happened to Nikki as of late? We didn't notice anything different with her appearance during her stint on the show Las Vegas, but something different happened on Friday night's Ghost Whisperer--something dark and sinister: her lips! Something has gone askew with poor Nikki's lips and we couldn't take our eyes off the screen trying to figure out the problem.

Could there be a death in the city in the new Sex and the City film? There's been a gross rumor going around that a character, possibly Carrie Bradshaw's Mr. Big (Christopher Noth), would be killed off in the film. Fortunately for us ladies, the film's director, Michael Patrick King, cleared up any such talk today: "Kill Mr. Big? I would have been chased around the planet by women with torches," He said, adding "I did want an emotional roller-coaster. But my ultimate target was to make our 'girlfriends' — in other words, our audience — happy. And I don't think Mr. Big dying would make them happy." That makes us happy! [Yahoo!]

Laura Boyce, the Hollywood nanny who is now accusing Rob Lowe and Sheryl Lowe of sexual harassment, among other things, also worked for Shanna Moakler, Travis Barker's better half (and star of the reality show Meet the Barkers on MTV). Hmmm. How long until Laura Boyce gets her own reality show? People reports:

"I've been friends with Laura for the past ten years – before she was my nanny – and I completely stand by her," Moakler tells PEOPLE exclusively.

A source adds that Boyce appeared in at least one episode of Meet the Barkers, the MTV show about the unconventional family life of Moakler, a former Playboy centerfold, and her now ex-husband Travis Barker.

Boyce, 37, who worked for the Lowes for seven months in 2007, claims that Rob's wife Sheryl created an "extremely sexually offensive and hostile work environment...behaving in a... perverted, disgusting and crude manner."

At a press conference Thursday, Boyce's attorney Gloria Allred argued that Rob Lowe, as an employer, was equally liable for any alleged sexual harassment that occurred on the job.
