It's Valentines Day, kitties, so you better have your dinner reservations and movie tickets ready to go. Or have Plan B ready, which may or may not include you and a bunch of your best girlfriends downing two buck chuck from Trader Joes and watching Under the Tuscan Sun (been there!). Or, if you're as asocial as my boyfriend, you might have reservations booked for the day after Valentines Day (because, you know, it's just so much more efficient and logical to "beat the crowds"....sigh). If you decide to stay home, with or without your sweetie or your 10 single girlfriends, check out some of our favorite love-themed television at Fancast.
Rock of Love 2, with Bret Michaels; it's weird to watch a man who's kinda my dad's age date girls in their 20s! But it's fun! In the way that watching a trainwreck is fun! Yay 80's!
Flavor of Love; Flavor Flav scares the crap out of me, but watching his show is like watching Cops, People's Court and The Jerry Springer Show all at the same time! That's like, a lifetime of fun TV watching.
The Bachelor: Nothing more sexist than a ham of a man encouraging (supposedly!) smart gals to fight each other for his attention. And then reject both of the finalists! What a cad.
Sex and the City: Love (and not love) in the city.
The Bachelorette: A single woman looking for love in all the wrong places. Sounds like 95% of gals out there!
A Shot of Love with Tila Tequila: She's got the height of Mickey Mouse and the voice of Minnie. And she's looking for her Prince Charming. Oh, and she's bi. What could ever go wrong?
The Age of Love: Ah, the oldies fighting the newbies. For a second there, I thought this was Rock of Love.
